Finally have a flat after 6 years. Found the jack, but no handle. Where is it?

Don't have that year model, so I can only give a suggestion or two. Usually there is a "bag" that has the lug wrench in it, is there a "sheppards" hook looking thing in there. The hook goes thru the holes in the jack, there should be a rectangle hole in the lug wrench...put the two together and start spinning....again, using my older models.

Maybe it will get an answer there..I own a different type of jack that don't come with Honda's my self..

 

With my 2003 the handle is in a tool bag a top the spare tire.
