Default 2004 honda accord dash/meter/light issue.

nothing works. The rpm is stuck at 5 even when cars off. car starts and drives. Is it a fuse? Radio doesnt work either. Turns on and can select radio station but no volume. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the noise in the background of the video?

Was any recent work done on your car?

I'd start by checking the fuses. Let us know if you find a blown fuse.

No work was recently done. The fuse box under the hood or the driver side? The noise is coming from my phone from a video playing in the background. Sorry about that. Do you know which fuse # i should look at or look at all of them?

Thank you

I'd check both fuse boxes. I'd start with the driver side as they tend to be more specialized. I think the #21 7.5A fuse and the #7 10A fuse in the driver's side box power the cluster.
