If the washer pump IS running, then you have to figure out why the fluid isn't squirting. Plugged hose? Crimped hose? Nozzles plugged by crud?

If the washer pump isn't running, you have to decide if it's getting electric power or not. Blown fuse? Cut wire? Stuff like that. If it IS getting power, then you usually just get a new pump. There isn't much to that pump, but if you want to dismantle it, be prepared in case you still have to buy a new one.
