Okay...this car is driving me nuts. Still haven't cured the engine vibration under acceleration but it feels like I'm closing in on it.
Here's the newest problem...I have a squeaking sound coming from the driver's side in gear. I thought it was the old broken trans mounts but the noise remained after I changed all of them. I greased the lower ball joint and it's still going on. It seems like it's coming from the area where the trans filter is located. I changed the filter when I bought the car and it's made the noise ever since. Could they be related?
