Default 2005 accord starting problem

Hello all, I have a 2005 Accord 4 cyl. that is hard starting when engine is warm. Car starts fine when engine cold, but after driving to store, go inside and come back out the car will crank over no problem but no start. I have to turn ignition off and on about five, six times then finally starts again. I replaced fuel pump relay which I did not think it would fix problem. I can hear fuel pump run when I turn on ignition. Any helpful hints would be great appreciated.

Have you checked for any codes? Most parts stores will scan the codes free of charge. Post any codes on here.

You will have to diagnose the problem when the car is acting up. You may need an assistant as well.

Your car has the coil over plugs, but you may be able to get an inline spark tester. You'd hook up the tester between the coil and spark plug and verify it flashes. I'd probably try it on each cylinder.

You may want to try spraying starting fluid down the throttle body while someone tries to start the car.
