I have a 2005 Honda Accord and it is hard to start. It generally turns over but very slowly. We had battery checked and it is less than a year old and fine. My husband put the battery cables on the car and it started every time. What could it be?

 

I'd inspect the cables to be sure they are clean and tight......

 

Look for a voltage drop across both of the battery cables. Anything > 0.5V indicates a poor connection, corroded cable, or both.

If corroded cable, replace cable w/ OEM is best fix.
