Question 2006 accord 17" wheels

So had a full set of Copper tires on the stock 17" wheels, every 2-3 weeks , usually the front right tire goes down, they would rotate tires, same thing again . After 4 months Tire shop took them back and went to tiger paws, So have had them on for 6 months , now today a leaking bead again !!, Are the rims cause of all these problems ?? they clean the rim up really nice , run their finger over them to see if there is a sharp edge, and remount the tire.So are the rims just BAD?
Thanks for any help Wayne

Did you rule out a leaking valve? Or around the valve stem where it mounts into the wheel?
