I have a 2006 Accord with 3.0 Vtech and manual transmission. I have a whining noise coming from the power steering pump. I noticed fluid all over the reservior and area. I cleaned it up and refilled the reservior then started the vehicle to search for the leak. All the hoses look good and there is no sign of leakage around the reservior, but when I shut the engine down the fluid began foaming up and out of the reservior top. What could be causing this problem?

 

This is probably the cheapest fix, if it works. The inlet hose o-rings are known to leak air into the system. Good luck
