Default 2006 Accord Cigarette lighters not working

Both Cigarette lighter do not work on my daughters vehicle. The fuse is ok
I understand that their is a relay (somewhere ?) that might be defective.

Any info would greatly be appreciated

I attached a pic of the relay location. This is in the fuse box under the dash.

The #19 relay location is highlighted in red. That is for the cigarette lighters.

You can try putting in a working relay that is identical to see if the cigarette lighters start working. I highlighted the power windows relay in green (#22). That isn't an important relay. If #22 is identical to #19, switch them. See if the power windows stop working and the lighters start working.

You probably checked fuse No. 9 (15A) fuse in the under-dash fuse box; but, did you check No. 32 (7.5A) fuse?
