Checked 2003-2007 Shop Manual and confirmed that relay should work similar to earlier models and turn pump on for 2 secs, then off. You should hear the fuel pump run in the fuel tank. Someone may need to listen w/ fuel cap removed to hear or confirm no action.

Main Fuel Relay is at the Left Kick Panel fuse/relay box. It's on the lower row of relays and is extreme rear relay (or left side of row as you look at lower row).

There are 4 pages of diagnostics for fuel pump circuit. If you want these suggest purchasing a emanual from automanualsource (seller) on ebay.
