2006 Accord VP High beam won't go off

When I looked at the electrical diagram circuits for your car, the cruise control and horn circuit runs through the cable reel and that cable reel connector you disconnected/reconnected; which then goes to the relay control module. It may have been an intermittent problem at the relay control module then causing your high beams to stay on.

The connector plug (red arrow) was from the cable reel, which goes to the relay control module. That is what my previous post is referring to.
