2006 Honda Accord Air Intake

2006 Honda Accord Air Intake

I bought this vehicle and notice that the air intake was open like this (http://i44.tinypic.com/110vyhf.jpg)

Was wondering if there was suppose to be some kind of cover for that that came up and over so things couldn't just fall into it..

OK cool, wasn't sure. I've had vehicles that have some sort of cover so I just wanted to make sure.
