Post 2006 Honda Accord Blower intermittent

In the past couple of weeks the AC / Heater blower on my 2006 Honda Accord has been working intermittently. Sometimes, when I turn the fan control ****, the blower works fine but can stop after some time and at other times the fan never turns on. I located the blower motor behind the glove box. With the ignition & fan control on, I tapped on blower motor to see if it would kick back on but no luck. I've also found the blower motor resistor under the kick panel.

How do I determine if the problem is lies with the resistor or the blower itself?

Here's a thread about testing for bad blower motor, wiring, or motor-control. (It's not a resistor anymore, it's a solid-state motor-control)

It was the blower control module! I replaced it last week and the blower has been working without issues since then. Thank you for your help!
