Question 2006 honda accord HFT problem

this is my 1st post here, happy to join this big family.

sry for my English first as it's not my first language

I just got a second hand 2006 accord with 92000 mile on the clock (UK)

this accord come with sat nav and HFT. at the first place there was no beep response when I press the talk button for the HFT.

after a little bit research from this forum I unplug the Bluetooth unit (behind the central console the square one on the top of the sat nav screen) . then it's works fine. but when I unplug the bluetooth unit I noticed that it's pretty warm. I did the unplug in the morning where I left the car over a full night, is it suppose to be cold as it's winter now.

but when came back later unlock the car start the engine. press the HTF talk button, old problem , no beep no response.

what do I suppose to do ? get a new bluetooth unit? how much it will be cost me?
