Regarding battery replacement check ebay for used prices and Honda Parts for new prices. There are also aftermarket rebuilt batteries. Some have managed to "repair" their batteries by replacing dead sub-units inside the battery box (advanced electrical skills necessary and plenty of confidence!).

good luck

Should I clean the MAF and if so, where is it located? What to clean it with?

You can clean the MAF sensor if you want. It is located on the neck of the air filter box cover. CRC makes a MAF sensor cleaner, which is available at Walmart and most auto parts stores.
