Not a whole lot to go on here?
yes all of the lights interior and exterior flicker, they get to full illumination then real dim....always unless the engine is off and they are working straight from the battery.

1. Is this a 4 or 6 cylinder?
2. With the car running, does the pointer gauge on the drive belt tensioner stay steady or does it move? This can affect the alternator and charging.
In this other thread, post # 5, is an image for the pointer gauge on the auto-tensioner on a 4 cylinder. 6 cylinder has a auto-tensioner too; but, is slightly different.

3. Check all the connectors to/from the alternator.
4. Some parts shops will test the charging system for free.
