Default 2007 honda accord was driving fine turned it off and now it wont start...

The car was driving fine no lights came on while it was running absolutely nothing. I turned the car off went inside my sister in laws house for about an HR and when I went to leave the car would try to turn over but wouldn't start. I put a new battery in, had someone check all the obvious things that could be wrong and still can't figure out why it won't start. It's getting fuel it's getting fire and the gas tank is full I had just filled it up. And when you hook the code thing to the computer it isn't throwing any codes....WHY WONT IT START??? 😭😭😭

Does the clutch switch work? Is it missing the little plastic stopper that triggers the switch?

I'm not sure... the car would sometimes turn off while I was driving around a curve I would have to put it in neutral and pop the clutch to start it again

it tries to turn over with new battery? "tries" means it is cranking slower? a dead battery would mean it does NOT crank at all. so battery is not completely dead?

People use different terms for no-starts.

When your car starts normally, the starter turns then engine when you turn the key all the way forward. When the engine runs, you let go of the key.

So, is the starter turning the engine? Or will the engine not run on its own?
