I created a new thread for you since it is a different issue than where you posted originally.

There are actually several fuses in the circuit for the wipers. The No. 4 (7.5A) fuse and the No. 5 (7.5A) fuse in the driver's side interior fuse box. (See attached image.)

Then, there is Fuse 3-2 (30A) fuse which is part of a combined fuse box (replaced as a unit), located in the under-hood fuse box. (See the two attached images.)

Check all these fuses first.

It is less likely to be the relay. In addition, the wiper relays are part of a relay unit (replaced as a whole), located in the under-hood fuse/relay box. Part #18 in this parts diagram.

If the fuse(s) check fine, since the wiper/washer system is part of the multiplex integrated control system, you may want to try a battery cable reset to see if it changes anything.

Battery cable reset: Disconnect the negative cable (disconnect negative first) and then positive cable. Then connect them together with a jumper wire for 15 minutes. -- Do not touch the battery terminals. You will need the radio security code afterward.
