2008 Accord LX will not get out of PARK

2008 Accord LX will not get out of PARK
This is a 2008 LX with auto trans and a 2.3 L 4. The auto trans is stuck in park unless I stick a screwdriver in the over ride on the stick shift console.
Someone said it is one of the fuses that is bad. Honda labels it supposedly as "meters" fuse??? Anyone know? Is there a second fuse box by the passenger side dash area?
Is this a 15A fuse?? Thanks for any help.
