2008 Honda Accord Coupe Airbag light..HELP

Default 2008 Honda Accord Coupe Airbag light..HELP
Hey Guys,
i was stupid and i hit my fence yesterday and i hit my bumper on my accord. Then the air bag light came on and i cant put up my belt anymore. it wont unfold back where it stands.

what does this mean? is this an easy fix? no airbags came out and i barely hit the fence.

help plz
