2009 Accord lx 2.4 sedan front windows and lock switches not working
I have 2009 2.4 lx sedan that has had a parasitic draw since I bought it most likely due to a bad lock actuator in the left rear door but may be due to a bad multiplex. In order to save my battery during the winter, I installed a battery cutoff and disconnect the battery if it isn’t going to ran for mor than a day. It has worked without issues for the last couple years but the car sat parked for about a month with the battery disconnected and when I fired it up again, I have lost power to my front windows and lock buttons. Both tea windows still work at their switches but nothing from driver’s master switch. I have checked all fuses under hood, driver and passenger side and all are good. In an attempt to test the windows, I ran a 12v and supplied power to the windows at the plug and the rear windows both work but I get nothing from the front ones. I can hear actuators clicking multiple times when the driver door is open and closed but cannot figure out what to try next. Everything worked as it should before it was parked with no power. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you.
I'd treat the parasitic draw and the current power problem as separate issues for troubleshooting purposes. You may find they are related later.
I'm a bit confused on your description. Does anything work on the driver's switch? You said both tea windows still work.... and I'm not sure what you mean by this. Just let us know what happens when using the window and lock switch on each door to help find a place to start testing for power and ground.
