Default Engine and Window Question

I have 1991 Accord, 5 speed power windows and locks.

First issue is when i start it, it chokes up and stalls but if i hold the gas in even just a little it starts up fine. im thinking maybe an injector or spark plugs? i have not had a chance to check and only had the car about a month not sure how new or old the plugs are. So any opinions would help.

Second issue I think is the main switch block for my windows and locks but not sure. the windows work some times but when they do they work no issue. the locks don't work via the switch but if i press the drivers lock in it locks all doors.

Thanks for all your input.

First issue is unlikely to be fuel injectors. More likely inadequate cold start air bypass valve. This is a thermal wax actuated valve that should open to allow additional air for starting (opening throttle solves air restriction problem). It can be opened, cleaned, and adjusted (see diy forum).

Second issue may be a master control panel issue for windows. Do windows work from individual door panels or not?

Power door locks sounds like a faulty driver's door switch (if power locks don't respond to turning key to lock?).

good luck

The windows are a all or nothing situation when they work they can be operated from the master control panel or individual door panels right now they do not work at all. The lock do not respond to turning the key as far as trying to lock them all through using the key.
Thank you for your help I will try cleaning the valve

A fault which would enable/disable all 4 windows from master or individual control panels is the power window relay in the underhood fuse box. You may be able to swap w/ identical relay to test.

good luck
