Sorry I think I’m being really slow. For the life of me I can not find where to connect the cut wires. If I open the plastic some more then I’ll just be on the same side of the cut wire, right? All of the other ones on the harness lead to a connector/bulb.

Cut side connects to…?

Cut wire is on the same harness as the bulbs

Page 22-29 in the shop manual shows the routing of the wire harness. I think the harness is behind the front fender, so you may have to remove the splash shield under the fender to access. Use the diagram to trace that harness.

It may also help to take a picture zoomed out, so we can see more reference points in the engine bay.

Yessss! Found the cut wire on the PCU (blue/black) fixed that and the lights went away and car shifting properly! Back to normal now. Also had to get a female connector (pigtail I believe) and fixed the lights. Those are working now as well. Now the only thing left is the get the SRS Control Module reset so the airbag light goes away. I'll mail that in and should be no issues. Only thing left is the horn isn't working. I thought the 20amp fuse was good, I'll check again and I thought the relay was good too, so not sure.

Thank you so much for the insight, help, and patience!

Glad you are working through the electrical issues.

You will use a similar process for the horn. You can check the fuse has power on both sides with the test light or volt meter. Next would be the relay checking for power and grounds. Then I'd move to the horn speaker itself and use the test light to check for power and ground. I suspect the wiring harness for the horn routes in the area of the damage of the accident. The blu/red wire to the horn is power and the other wire (most likely black) is the ground.
