2010 Accord VSA light ON car won't start

2010 Accord VSA light ON car won't start
The car was driving fine. VSA light came on. The car drove all the way home.
Next day car did not start -- clicks does not crank. Not all the lights on the dash came on. VSA and ABS on
Tried jumping -- all dash LED came on, but car did not start. Click only.
The battery was checked at AutoZone and seems fine.
When re-installed the battery, dash LED came on, clicks but does not start.
Can a VSA module failure prevent car from cranking ?
