2010 fob lock/unlock issues

2010 fob lock/unlock issues
My mom's 2010 Accord has a very flaky issue with both keys. Locking/unlocking works just fine using power door buttons and manually using the keys. However the key buttons only work once out of 10 or so presses. She replaced the batteries in both keys. Same symptoms. Any ideas?
