It most likely not due to a fuse. The different modules have to communicate with each other. Most likely, they lost communication.

I can look up fuse(s) for you if this doesn't resolve it; but, I feel strongly it is just due to lost communication.

Be very care not to touch the battery terminals with the jumper wire while doing this. Also, see my linked illustration.

Good luck.

Can I simply unhook battery, then hook up again?
The jump wire is a separate piece of loose wire you may have around, such as speaker wire.

You can try unhooking the battery cable, which may or may not clear things. See this attached excerpt from a Honda Service News.

It says to remove BOTH battery cables.

In concept, you can simply touch the 2 cables together, as long as you don't touch them to the battery itself while you do this.

Possibly the 2 battery cables are tied down in a way that they don't easily touch each other. That's why you use some random loose piece of wire to connect them together.

Are you noticing that the symptoms occur when turning or are you experiencing issues with the controls on the steering wheel, for example volume control etc.?

Redbull -1. You are a genius. It worked. Thank you so very much. Pretty sure guys at Honda knew what to do, they just wanted my $100 to diagnose, then would have charged me another $300 to unhook the battery. Again, THANK YOU!!!!
