When I plug my IPod Nano into my 2023 Accord LX, using an Apple brand cable, I get Unsupported. The sales advisor at my dealership said I needed to update the software on my IPod. ITunes said my IPod software is up to date. Since the car is brand new as of last weekend, I don't think resetting the radio or disconnecting the battery is necessary. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

 

It is worth a shot to reset the radio just to be sure. Also try another cable?

Other than that, you'll have to do some digging on what audio format an accord can read on your ipod.
