This is REALLY a pain. I don't launch each forum from a "favorites" item, I use the links under the general forum list.

I click the column heading "last post date" so it sorts that way.

Got that. Yes, it's the forum software. Not so much a PROBLEM, just a default setting (what order to display the threads). Problem is, none of us have the priveleges to change that setting. Whoever made that change either doesn't realize it, or he LIKES it that way and he's got more authority than we do.

If only "they" were on here everyday trying to help people, "they" might realize how hard it is when it is sorted that way

And good point, a new user or someone researching an issue might see the threads listed that way and the dates and think the site is not "active" since the posts they see are old.

They/he probably don't realize the impact of the change.

It seems up to you to contact the company w/ cc to your administrators
