5th Gen Honda Accord Help
Is this a 4 cylinder or a V6?
I just bought a 97 V6 and I'm having to do ALL the maintenance myself because the previous owner didn't have a service record of the car.
I video most of the stuff I do and put it on youtube...
So if you have a V6, you can watch along.
Most of the normal stuff is easy to do, no real special tools required.
I'll also do videos on request if you need to know how to fix/replace something

Then of course the timing belt. If you have no record of when it was last replaced, I would do it sooner rather than later. It is recommended to be replaced every 7 years or 100k miles(I think, I'm sure someone will correct me). You will want to replace the tensioner, pulley, and water pump at the same time. It can be a little costly to have done, ($4-600 probably).
Timing belt, tension pulley, balance belt, water pump, seals...
Not a fun project and VERY costly...
On a job like that, you can save yourself several hundred dollars DIYing it, but better have a buddy that has done it before help you
