'88 Accord Won't Run After Long Storage
Our 1988 Honda Accord DX, after having been parked for many months, will not run unless you feather the gas or hold the choke closed on the carb; If you try to hold the throttle steady (like normal) it dies.
We've tested the fuel pump and it seems to be working fine.
We have put good gas in it, rebuilt the carburetor, replaced hoses and the PCV valve with no luck.

rebuilt the carburetor?? Complete?
Did you blast out the idle ports with Berrymans B-12?
Can you hear the idle solenoid click when the key is turned on?
Fuel level 1/2 way in the sight glass?
Throttle plate hanging open ??[bottom of the carb barrel]
Did a rat chew up a vacum line while it was in storage?
Carbs are just one of those things that are hard to fix over the internet.
