90 Accord fuel or ECU problem?
First thread folks, correct me if I do it wrong.
I ran my 1990 Accord fuel level low untill warning light, since that time I have what acts like a fuel starvation problem. Bogging, no power.
This problem occurs at about the same point of operation every time the vehicle is restarted. The problems is for a short duration, and the motor clears and runs fine. Fuel pump and screen, fuel and fuel filter have been replaced. There has been an occasional "chk engine" light, that resets after operation. I have not check stored codes. I was hoping for the magical fix!

Check Engine light codes must be determined to diagnose. See DIY forum for guidance on Obd1 code extraction.
Magic fixes are guesses and can be expensive. If this is a "cold engine" only problem, I would suspect a false input; Inlet Air Temperature or Coolant Temperature. The CEL code should identify the problem.
good luck
