The Lock-Up Control solenoid only locks when voltage is applied. So disconnecting LU soleoid A/B (they are integral) will test whether lock up is an electrical or hydraulic problem.
If disabling h as no effect, the problem is likely a mechanical failure of the lock up torque converter and will require transmission repair.
If disabling prevents lockup, then problem is an electrical short to a voltaage source or faulty TCU.

Hello, I went and started up the honda and let it warm up in N with E brake on.
After 45 minutes I shifted into drive and it lunged then the engine died.
I jumped the blue connector orange/red to green/white.
The code reads 1 short flash.
