Oil in the plug tube menas you need to replace the cover gasket and the tube seals.
Free, I'd be all over that.
Now the oil could be the cause but I don't think so. As suggested you need to see if spark is getting to the plugs. If you don't have a manual, the site below has some great info and testing procedures.

Thanks for the info on that site. The guy let me have it for FREE because he is confident that the engine is toast so who am I to argue with him? I already went out and bought all the gaskets, plugs and wires. If I have time today i'm going to print out that entire posting and take it with me to find out if it really is a spark issue or if it is the very oily sparkplug boots. The car has about 141,000 miles on it. Is that alot for these cars?
IMO-141K miles....that is a baby....my 07 is the only Honda that has less than 200K on it.
Now with posting that milage it made me think of one other thing....if the t-blet has never been replaced, it could have broke. Make sure the cam is turning-or better yet you can pull the valve cover and look to see it is still on.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Well I took it over by my mechanic and he just looked at it and said it was the fuel pump. That don't make sense to me because you can here the pump kick in when you turn the key and smell gas under the hood when your cranking it. He told me sometimes you can here the pump work and sometimes you can't. He also had it running too. That would lead me to thinking it is a loose wire or something else. I was always told that if a pump goes out it just goes out and never works again. any ideas?
There are different ways a fuel pump can fail.
What you hear is the electric motor in the pump spinning. That doesn't mean that the pump is generating fuel pressure. A comparison would be that your engine can crank, but you can still have no compression.
The quick test of listening for the fuel pump doesn't rule out the fuel pump if the pump turns on. Measuring the fuel pressure is a better way to test.

I have a fuel pressure tester-is there a "schrader" valve that I can connect it to to check it. Do I need a special adapter for it? The car does start and run good but when I took it out to drive and I put it to the floor it didn't down shift at all. Also the green S light stays on all the time. There is a "sport button" on the side of the shifter. What is that for?
Honda doesn't have a standard schrader valve.
That s light means that the transmission computer detected a problem. Check for codes.
Enabling sport shift button changes the shifting points on the transmission. Probably shifts at higher rpm.

Well is there a way to check the fuel pressure on these cars? Could the reason I may not be able to down shift be from the transmission and not a weak fuel pump? I will check codes tonight after work and let you know what I come up with.
I talked to the last person who drove the car and he said what happened is that he was going up the hill and suddenly the steering got real tight and the engine was racing then the green light came on and the car shut off. He told me that before that alot of times the car woul actually lurch real bad when he just hit the accelerator. he said it felt like it suddenly had a burst of power somehow. That is why he thought that it was supercharged- if that makes any sense.

Okay I got the codes for my engine an transmission:
There was only 1 code for the engine which was 15
There were 6 codes that came up for the transmission-3,5,7,8,12,and 14. One thing I forgot to mention was my speedometer is not working. When I drive it (like I said before) it will not kickdown in a lower gear even if I floor it. Could any of these codes just make the car shut down while driving?
