Ok, here goes...Sometimes when I go to start my car, when I turn the ignition key, my sports button light starts flashing. When this happens my car won't start. It turns over, but doesn’t engage. The engine, oil and battery lights are all lit up at this time. I sit and wait... Yesterday it was for half an hour. My sports light has suddenly come on when I was driving (even on the freeway) and I lose power, big time. When this happens I have no acceleration power. I know this sounds crazy, but it only happens on hot days! I can’t remember it ever happening on a cold day, or in the winter! This has been going on for approx. 3 years. I am beside myself. No one seems to know what to do… Can anyone help me…………!?

 

WHEN car does not start, you need to verify if it is lack of fuel or spark,,,,

i wrote a little quick test, on the DIY section, ( no start lack of fuel ) .
anyho, once you let us know, we can narrow it down.. at this point it could be a # of things,, so lets eliminate a few ..
