So the back bumper cover on my 97 Accord is a little loose on the right side. It hanging down a little bit, just enough to be noticeable. For the life of me I cannot figure out what screw / bolt / clip tightens the right rear side of the rear bumper cover (just below the tail light). I found one screw that was loose under the wheel well and that fixed the side, but the back right is a mystery.

I checked the service manual and there are a few diagrams online, but none of them are very clear. Has anyone had experience tightening a 97 Accord back bumper (i guess 94-97 since that is the years the manual covers). Thanks.
