Default 91 honda accord, suspension problem, how much life?

Hi,

Looks like my 91 honda accord is nearing it's death. Brake rotor warped, exhaust pipe leak, and mainly the suspension springs are cracked. It's just not worth trying to maintain the car anymore, as the rust is getting the best of it.

I'm actively looking for a used or possibly new honda civic, but want to see if there's any way to gauge how bad the suspension problem is based on the pictures attached. 2-3 months, weeks?

First attachment is the driver side, second attachment is the passenger side. Both are part of the front suspension.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated (besides getting a car asap, haha).

Thanks!

Doesn't look that bad to me, but pics can be deceiving.

If this is a problem, buy used strut/spring units to replace them. Yours should be able to replace them for < $50 each.

Brake rotor and exhaust pipe are easy diy projects, another $100 worth of parts.

good luck
