91 Power Steering Overflowing & Gurgling

Default 91 Power Steering Overflowing & Gurgling

My '91 EX Coupe has power steering fluid overflowing from the reservoir and it gurgles rather loudly. I've tried bleeding the system by turning the wheel lock-to-lock multiple times, but no improvements. It continues to gurgle and belch violently. There's no improper noises coming from the pump, just the gurgling from the reservoir. Any ideas?

Air is likely getting pulled into the system. It could be a leak in the hose, or possibly the PS pump. Is there any fluid leaking?

The only place fluid is leaking is the overflow from the reservoir.

The only place w/ enough negative pressure to pull air in is the suction hose at the pump. Check clamp and hose for damage.
