I have searched the forum and haven't found exactly the problem I have...


I drove my car yesterday morning and it seem to slip slightly going into second gear... made it down the road and it shifted into neutral... I turned the car off checked my fluid, its a little old, but the level was fine... started my car and it was fine got onto the highway and it got up to 70mph with no problem, then it shifted back into neutral.... now to get it to go at all I have to turn the car off and let it sit for a min. or so... when i restart I have 1st and 2nd for a moment before it shifts into neutral...

I have checked the shift control solenoids and they click when given a 12volt power supply and I don't have a D4 light flashing so I don't think it's the TCU...

Anyone have this problem or now what it could be?
