Bad or short on Solenoid A

Code 15

Bad or short on Main Speed Sensor


I have a bad attitude towards the auto transmission in the Honda so i will let someone else try to help you.

I would look at the shift solenoid and the mainshaft speed sensor electrical connectors to make sure they are plugged in properly. I would unplug them and see if there is any oil/corrosion in the electrical connector.

Then I would reset the ECU and TCU by removing the 7.5 amp backup/radio fuse in the engine bay fuse box for a minute. When the D4 light starts flashing when driving, then recheck the codes.
