92 accord no 5th gear
I have a 1992 accord ex 5 speed. 5th gear when out when driving on freeway. It just revs with no engagement. No grinding or anything like that. Just no 5th gear. The shifter will go into 5th fine just there is no engagement when clutch pedal is released. All other gears work fine. Is 5th gear easy to replace like some previous models? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

If you want to rip into the trans, yea not that bad of a job.
Another option is to get another from a bone yard. From there either just swap that in as is, replace the fluid and since you are there, the clutch "job" as well. Or rebuild the one from the bone yard and then put it in.

Previous models of Accords? The manual trans from any F series engine (90-02) are almost identical so in that case - YES.
