Default 92 Accord overheating problem

I have replaced almost everything in this car. I replaced thermostat, waterpump, timing belt. 3 sensors , temp switch, fan switch, and one more, drained out the coolant and put new coolant , Car is still overheating, When I turn the AC and drive on the freeway, once i exit the freeway the car will start to overheat. i turn off the ac and have to turn on the heater to lower the temp. the car does not have blown head gasket, not losing coolant. It seems to me that cooling fan only comes on when the car is off and not while the car is running. Any idea what is the problem on my 92 honda accorrd. Thanks

Have you made sure that the gauge is working correctly?

What about the radiator? Do you have good flow through it?

AC on- are BOTH cooling fans on?

Ac off-as the car sits at a light or in your driveway-do BOTH fans cycle on and off.

After replacing the coolant, did you bleed the air out of the system? See the DIY section for details on how to do this correctly.
