92 Honda accord lx revs up and down

Default 92 Honda accord lx revs up and down
What's up people I have a 92 Honda accord that for some reason when the car warms up the idle starts going up and down it only happens when the car is warm I have change the throttle body iac valve check the antifreeze check vacuum hoses I just can't figure can somebody help me please thanks
