Default 93 accord lx mt starts after the second time i turn it over, WHY?

i have a 93 accord lx mt and every time i start the car on the first time it doesn't start, it just cranks (about 2 sec). then i start it again and it fires up right away why is this happening? could it be a solenoid or a relay that must be replaced? please help because the problem is getting worser....

Turn the key to the II position but do not try to start the car. Listen carefully for the fuel pump to turn on for about 2 seconds while the check engine light does its bulb check. This is a faint whirling/buzzing sound that comes from the back seat, so turn off the radio, blower, etc and listen carefully.

If that sound is missing when the car will not start and the sound is present when the car starts, then you likely have a problem with the main fuel relay. Let us know what you find.
