93 Accord LX, suspension noise w/cold temps only
Recently since theshift to cold mornings there is a place on my drive in to work, picture a small downhill that has a rough landing where the ashphalt meets a concrete section (bridge over small creek).
When the car goes over this point, the bump and downforce create aloud clicking, smacking, metal on metaltype sound. I can almost picturelarge springs compressing completely and the metal smacking against itself.
This happens very rarely if just one wheel is bumped. But it happens usually when the entire car is 'bounced' if that makes sense (think bottoming out without actually scraping the ground).
Again, nothing over the summer, but this was happening last winter as well.
I had a 91 Accord years back that I recall doing same.
Any advice?

Well, the parts separating the suspension components are rubber, like separating springs from mounts, etc. The bushings are a rubber between steel assembly. When it's cold out rubber hardens, and they just might be worn enough to squeak and creak from time to time.
My car creaks just how you described it in cold weather as well, nothing to worry about.
