93 Accord Swapped Engine will not start

Humor me and try removing the distributor, turn the rotor 180 out of time, then reinstall.
There are two wires going to each injector. One wire color (red, I think) is the same to all of them. Unplug the injectors, and turn the key to the II position. Each red? wire, that is the same to all the injectors, should have 12V.
