93 Accord wont start help please

ok guys alittle confused Iam out at the car now there are two plugs on the distributor one has 8 wires and the other only has two which one do I want to check is it the one w/2 wire with the big yel wire and should I leave the other on conected as I test for voltage?

on the one with the two wires one thin blue wire is at 37.7mv the yellow is at 13.93v this is harness side , on the distributor side they read blue 13.99v the other turns to black/yellow stripe reads 9.7 mv the larger plug is conected still dose this sound right ?
That does sound right. The readings you are giving in millivolts are basically zero.
You should check the two pin connector. You can leave the 8-pin plugged in (it shouldn't matter though).
Is the car starting now? The blk/yel wire should have 12V for the car to start. When the car ISN'T starting, don't touch the key and check the voltage at the 2-pin plug.

Is the check engine light cycling off onceyour turn the key on?Once you turn the key on,this light shouldcycle off, even if the engine is not running...If this light is continuously staying on, then there will be something wrong with ECU circuit.
