Default 93 Honda Accord Headlight buzzer or chime

Do anyone have a picture of the buzzer or chime for a 93 Honda Accord?

Will any one of the chimers or buzzer's on amazon work with the 93 Accord?

$4.98 from Amazon.

Default headlight chime location

Ive read all the headlight/seatbelt chime posts I could find, including this one, and nobody answered the question of where is the chime located. My hearing is marginal at best from years of sirens and metal fabrication, and the darn chime just isnt loud enough to get my attention as I get out of my 93 Accord. Im getting good at remembering to park so that I can get to the battery to jump start. I want to wire in a louder clicker or buzzer so I dont get surprised all the time. System functions perfectly, just not loud enough for these old ears. LOCATION??????????????? Thank you.

The lights on reminder looks like it is part of the integrated control unit that is plugged into the driver's interior fuse box. I'm not sure you can easily replace that speaker.

Been a long time and can't find a good pic....pretty sure the "speaker" is on the under steering wheel panel to the right/center of the wheel

  • The lights-on reminder circuit is part of the Integrated Control Unit; however, the chime is located separately (both are under the driver's side of the dash).
  • The seat-belt, key-in circuit is also part of the Integrated Control Unit. The beeper is part of the Integrated Control Unit.

Default chime

Thank you all for the replys. By the diagrams, the chime looks like a seperate unit. I will crawl under the dash tomorrow and see if I can locate it by vibration or a hollow tube to the ear. Then I can wire in a louder chime. Nice to get such a quick reply. Cheers.
