94 Accord 2.2 put new battery in, no start just flashing lights
My 94 Accord EX was not turning over. The battery quickly died. I managed to jump start it and drive home. Put in a new battery and attempted to start. The dash driving light, the green glow that illuminates the speedo and such, blinks on and off. so do the left turn blinkers and the red alarm LED. There is also a constant loud ding, ding that I have not heard before. Most important though is that there is no reaction from up front that I have turned the key. I think I can hear a click up there, but the dinging inside makes it hard to tell.
Oh yeah, the ECU has been replaced recently. The ignition switch is newer as well.
This may also be interesting. When I take the key out, the light and sound show keeps going for at least a minute or two. Its creepy.

Sounds like the aftermarket alarm system might need to be re-set?
The question is now, where is that. I think the only factory alarm systems were on the wagons in 94 or 95 (http://www.tegger.com/hondafaq/misc/98-011.pdf).
Where is waldo....humm, is there a switch/button by the hood latch lever?
