94 accord lx with vtec head gets weak at high rpms
When I go from a dead stop and from about 60 and nail the pedal to the floor it gets kinda weak once you hit about 5 grand seems like its not pulling hard anymore like its loosing power any advice on what may be te problem

Fuel volume low, valves out of adjustment, timing out of adjustment, air filter dirty. Need to see what the O2 sensor and MAP are doing. What is your MAP voltage at idle, need to know within .01 volts accuracy Carpet pushed up behind the gas pedal.
Last resort, dead head the fuel pump, clamp off the return hose after the fuel rail. Remove clamp right after quick run.

vtec head swap? is your oil level low? is vtec engaging?
