94 Accord random misfires and burning smell
I have replaced clutch on 94 EX in place w/o discharging. It's not terribly difficult.
However, if the compressor has siezed (sounds likely), the system will need a complete overhaul to function long term. Debris from the failed compressor will contaminate the system. Best way is to replace compressor, condensor, evaporator, expansion valve, and receiver/drier. Flush all hoses/lines. Assemble, vacuum and charge to spec.

Also a friend suggested I clean / replace the EGR that it and or bad gas could be the cause of the weird idle issues
